Software-Consulting

In cooperation with the customer, an analysis will be made about the existing and possible future CAD-software requirements and system configurations. After defining a common goal, an individual concept to increase the customers' productivity will be worked out. This results in an exact forecast about the period of development, the delivery date, and the necessary service. This service also handles the delivery of any system, the installation of the hardware and software, and the customization process.

Software Service (maintenance and hotline)

DURST offers maintenance-contracts with software-updates at regular intervals which includes also access to our special download-section on the Internet-page to download intermediate-releases and immediate answers to questions via phone, fax or e-mail during the office-hours. Concerning DURST-software the hotline is always at the customers' disposal. That means, that service contracts protect the customers' investment. All our service customers may use the possibility to share screenimages spontaneously via Internet with simultaneous voice communication via phone (without any firewall blockade).

Software Training

Several product training, as well as individual training for customers are offered. A maximum of success, an increase in the motivation of the customers' employees, and an accurate definition of the training goals are guaranteed by using professional training material. Software Projects

With more than 20 years of experience, we also realize individual projects for you, if they belong to our products any way. We do have experience in this field. Among other projects we have realized an MRP-(EDM/PDM-)connection with CAE-data, and also gathered experience in various medium and large projects in the field of electronics and power-electrics. Concerning networks, we offer complete system integrations with our software.
