HPCOPY is a DOS/WINDOWS-program. Files, generated on an HP-BASIC or HP-PASCAL-system, and written to a 3.5"-LIF-diskette can be converted into IBM-PC-format.  The following file types can be converted:

.TEXT
.ASC
DATA-files with text content

Umlaut-characters are taken into consideration
