Since more than 15 years the companies DURST CAD/ CONSULTING GmbH and ELSYS keep in touch with a close R&D cooperation for high customer sophistication.

On top of the proprietary and high sophisticated graphics editor, which ELSYS customers know as "gedit", DURST CAD/CONSULTING GmbH designs and markets  a CAD software for the graphics market ("GRAFFY") and an "intelligent" CAE solution for the electronics market ("HYDE”).

And for its part, Elsys embeds the "gedit" in its ELECTRE solution.

ELECTRE provides a Harness application that answers most of electrical schematics- and wiring needs of the automotive, spacecraft, aircraft, railway, shipbuilding and some consumer goods industries.

Based on own ideas and user requests, the intensive dialogue between the R&D teams of both companies results in a permanent gedit enrichment, that brings benefits to the customers of both companies.
